Hit Valley Creek with a friend from the shop and had a pretty decent day on the water. The day started out sunny and warm for Feb but with percipation moving into the area the fish remained pretty sluggish and uncooperative. Between the two of us we did manage six fish but work hard for them. Even with BWO and Black Midges and a few stoneflies. The surface action was slow but the scud fishing was excellent. Spotted several Large fish holding in slow water. Have some good pictures of some stoenflies and scuds that we uncovered turning stream rocks over. Good day overall thanks NC for bring his camera, have fun out there and maybe i will see you on the run.
